This laundry facility is very well-kept the employees here are very helpful I've been coming since they first open and they've been just as friendly throughout the time I've been coming here they have XXL washers for 80 lb different settings on the washer for heavy soiled the dryers are top notch and they have a nice play area for kids Anne Marie is very attentive with the customers, bathrooms are always clean and well kept when I come. I would definitely check them out

Today I the pleasure of going to probably the cleanest laundry mat in Jacksonville. It was CLEAN, QUIET and great location. I was greeted immediately by Anne Marie who was great and explained the different cycles on the washing machine, gave me info about the drop off service which I will be using next time, just great customer service! I watched her with other customers and she never seemed like she was bothered by the different people asking her questions. The entire time I was there she was either cleaning or making sure everyone had what they needed.

It's this time of the year when I wash all my bedspreads, Comforters and throw rugs at the same time. I just happened to see the this particular laundromat mention on the morning news. I decided to go there and I'm glad I did. This place is great 👍. I was well greeted when I came in by Ms. Anne Marie 😀 ❤️ very, very nice lady. It was a very busy day but she greeted you with a smile. The place was clean and organized and the bathroom was very clean. Air-conditioned, vending machines, TV 🖥 music 🎶 and free wifi. Download the App and use your phone to start the laundry machines and dryer. They make it easy and comfortable. You have any problems Ms.Anne Marie will help you with no hesitation, great job 👏 lady. I Definitely will be back.

I really appreciate having a clean environment to do my laundry! They offered free services due to Hurricane Helene and our community is so grateful for your kind gestures. This is one of the only laundry centers in Jacksonville that has a children’s section with books and toys for them to play with. This is a great accommodation for parents with little kids.

Great location if you need to go grocery shopping as well! There is a Winn-Dixie next door and the restrooms are really clean. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and highly recommend this location! Special shoutout to Ann Marie for being so helpful, I appreciate you 🙂

Flo Laundry is very clean and organized. The washers range from S to 2XL which is very accomodating. This is best laundry on the westside, providing service that meet all needs. The sitting areas features music, play area for kids and tables for dining. The restroom is securely locked and accessible with your laundry card. The laundry card can upload money digitally with your debit card, cash or even your EBT card! The attendants are helpful and professional. With the growing customers, I would suggest more laundry baskets. But I absolutely love this laundry mat and refer anyone in this area.
